Our Payment Options

GoCardless
For regular therapy sessions our automatic payment mandate system is favoured by clients for its simplicity and ease. Using the direct debit system it allows us to take payment on the day of your appointments.
It helps us manage your payments more effectively and as a thank you, we will reduce your regular therapy or mediation session fees by £5 per session.

Stripe
For clients who prefer not to use our automated payment system or those not attending regular therapy services we offer a pre-pay service where clients provide us with a credit or debit card which we will charge 24 hours prior to their appointment.

For companies, organisations, NHS Trusts and Local Authorities we offer flexible payment options.

Psychologist Fees
Where individuals are recieving services from HCPC registered psychologists and the primary benefit or purpose is for their mental health , VAT is exempt.

ASD Initial Consultation and Screening
For clients considering an assessment for Autism our 60 minute appointment online or face to face with a HCPC registered psychologist will explore your concerns and enable us to understand if ASD may be relevant for you. Prior the appointment an online diagnostic tool will be completed with you.
This includes a post consultation letter summarising the appointment and outcome.
