Appointments are being offered to clients within 1 to 7 days.

Initial Consultations are offered Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm

Following your initial consultation, our earliest appointments for assessments are:

Oxford - March / April 2026

Bristol - April 2026

Milton Keynes - April 2026

Manchester - April 2026

Southampton - April / May 2026

Results letters are being sent within our published agreed timescales. Please note this is including weekends.

Full diagnostic reports are being sent 14 working days following your results letter.

Appointments are being offered to clients within 14 days

Due to our current waiting lists we are not able to offer any further appointments or add more clients to our waiting list.

Appointments are being offered to clients within 14 to 21 days

Reports are being formulated and submitted within 4 weeks of a clients appointment.
