Our Payment Options

GoCardless
For regular therapy sessions our automatic payment mandate system is favoured by clients for its simplicity and ease. Using the direct debit system it allows us to take payment on the day of your appointments.
It helps us manage your payments more effectively and as a thank you, we will reduce your regular therapy or mediation session fees by £5 per session.

Stripe
For clients who prefer not to use our automated payment system or those not attending regular therapy services we offer a pre-pay service where clients provide us with a credit or debit card which we will charge 24 hours prior to their appointment.

For companies, organisations, NHS Trusts and Local Authorities we offer flexible payment options.

Psychologist Fees
Where individuals are recieving services from HCPC registered psychologists and the primary benefit or purpose is for their mental health , VAT is exempt.

ASD Initial Consultation and Screening
For clients considering an assessment for Autism our 60 minute appointment online or face to face with a HCPC registered psychologist will explore your concerns and enable us to understand if ASD may be relevant for you. Prior the appointment an online diagnostic tool will be completed with you.
This includes a post consultation letter summarising the appointment and outcome.

50 Minute Therapy Session
Standard therapy sessions may be delivered online or face to face at our practice in Bloxham or Milton Keynes.

Standard family therapy sessions may be delivered online or face to face at our practice in Bloxham or Milton Keynes.
Family sessions are where more than one indivdual is attending a session

A MIAM or Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting is an appointment between you and a mediator to understand your current situation and the issues between you and your partner / former partner to determine if mediation could help you resolve them.

Mediation meetings may take place online or in person and are scheduled for 90 minutes. Please note that each party is charged

Preparation of Open Financial Statement (OFS)
At the end of mediation financial information including all assets, liabilities, income and expenditure is recorded in an OFS, which is based on fact and supported with documentary evidence.
The OFS is used to support the drafting of a Consent Order

Preparation of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
A Memorandum of Understanding is a document that your family mediator will issue at the conclusion of your mediation. It is a summary of everything that you and your ex-partner agree during mediation. It is an important document, as it can also be used by lawyers to draft financial or consent orders.
