Our Payment Plan

 

We understand that despite our best efforts to make our assessment service affordable, the cost can create additional stress and worry.  That is why we created our interest free payment plan to help support you in financing the cost of your assessment.

Once you have attended an initial consultation and indicated to us that you would like to proceed, you can apply for a payment plan.

You simply need to complete our payment plan application form, which can be found by clicking the button on this page. 

The agreement will be sent by email and can be completed and submitted to us online.

Case Study

 

For example

Jane is looking to spread the cost of an Autism Diagnostic Assessment for her daughter over 4 months.  As Jane has already attended a consultation with her psychologist she has since received an estimate of fees, along with other information on how to proceed.  

Jane next goes online and completes our payment plan application form on our website.

Holly, her Case Manager receives the form, checks and logs it and sends it to The Practice Manager for review.

The Practice Manager reviews the application and agrees to the terms sending Jane a payment plan agreement to sign.  

Jane receives the agreement, checks it to ensure she is happy with the terms and signs it online.

The Practice Manager receives the completed agreement and logs this against Jane's case, informing Holly that approval has been given to go ahead with the assessment.

Holly confirms Jane's appointments whilst the initial payment is charged against Jane's credit/debit card.

Jane next receives a request by email to confirm a direct debit mandate with GoCardless so that the Family Practice Group can collect her monthly payments.

Jane's 1st payment follows on her preferred day the following month.

GoCardless

 

We use GoCardless to collect these payments. GoCardless is an online payment system sponsored by RBS. It provides a secure payment method, free to the payer, which allows us to track and identify payments. It is very simple to use.

    Payment plans are simple agreements between you and us.

  • We do not require registration withthe FCA as our payment plans fall outside the scope of registration.

    We only consider action against those who refuse to communicate and try to resolve situations with us.
